Lloyd arrives and discovers he has been assigned to the Special Support Section. This is the division that takes care of minor and odd request. His new coworkers that include Elie MacDowell who is the grandchild of the city’s mayor; Randy Orlando, a womanizing ex-soldier and Tio Plato, a young technology guru.
Lloyd and his team continue the fight to make a better city, even though their department is ridiculed by the media. As time passes, they are confronted with the corruption taking over their city. Little do they know just how deep in the shadows Crossbell City go…
