New York City, New Year’s Eve 1999. A group of unlikely professional cleaners for the mob get together for a night of drinking and talking about their experiences in the early millenium. The dark truth of their co-operation begins to emerge in the narratives of four cleaners for the mob are beginning to coincide. The initial celebration of a decade of common history, slowly turns into a dangerous and tense conflict.

Serial Cleaners is a tribute to the cinema of the 1990s. From Tarantino’s best-known films to the cult crime thrillers, B-movie action favourites and many others, Serial Cleaners mixes those familiar characters, places and scenes in a unique spin on a time filled with joy and despair. The rich soundtrack includes various kinds of music that were influential in the last 20 years of the 20th century, from East Coast hip-hop to metal industrial metal and even rave. It doesn’t matter what the music of “your” nineties was defined by the clubs, the music festivals or the radio, we’ve got it for you.

Four characters are represented and four perspectives. Four different play different styles. The options are street-smarts as well as brute force and old-fashioned methods of trade to conquer similar challenges. Select your way along the narrative by selecting the portion of the story you wish to hear next, and proceed to each challenge with the utmost care or swagger you’d prefer. Utilize stealth, investigation, and speed when the scenario (and your most memorable experience) requires it. For the purpose of eradicating the decade’s mark, you need to get rid of the corpses or other evidence which can be considered a threat before the next millenium arrives!
